"I started Bootcamp as a skeptic who really didn’t believe that much change was possible, especially at my advanced age. After the first few classes I wasn’t sure I’d be able to finish the 12 weeks. I decided, however, to stick with it. What amazed me, at the end of the 12 weeks, was how much I had changed. Yes, I lost weight and inches but the change went even deeper. I’d not only survived the rigorous workouts, but had come to enjoy the camaraderie and support of the other bootcampers. I felt a new energy — a delight in moving. And I felt unusually optimistic: If I could change this much in 12 weeks, anything seems possible.
